We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, merchandise purchased from Chichifashions.com for exchange only. Eligible items received at our warehouse within 5 days after delivery, will qualify for STORE CREDIT ONLY…

This applies to all orders immediately after purchase. Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and hence not included as part of the store credit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Exchange shipping is $20.
